• Polish — UI is one of the better-looking ERPs out there.
• Ecosystem — bigger marketplace of third-party modules.
• Cloud SaaS option (Odoo Online) — works for small teams who don't want to self-host.

ERPNext wins on:

• Truly open licensing (full features in community edition, no paywall on essentials).
• Customization — Frappe framework is easier to extend than Odoo's ORM.
• Lower vendor lock-in — Odoo Enterprise has a lot more locked behind paywall.
• Indian and APAC localization is excellent (GST, regional formats).

Common ground:

• Both can self-host on a single VPS for small teams.
• Both work in Python.
