How it differs from technical support
Tech support is about uptime, backups, code updates. Content support is about content and catalog. Often bundled as full ongoing support.

- Product import — custom Python scripts to parse Excel/CSV with validation. Dedup by SKU or GTIN.
- ERP integration — CommerceML or OData export, sync hourly or on trigger.
- Marketplaces — Amazon SP-API, eBay API, regional marketplace APIs for two-way sync.
- Photo prep — Photoshop / Affinity / Python + Pillow automation for batch operations (crop, clean background, watermark).
- Copy generation — templates + GPT-4o for drafts with mandatory human review.
