Let's be straight about this: supporting a site built on Tilda is not the same job as supporting a self-hosted one. Servers, engine updates, backups and intrusion defence are the platform's responsibility, and selling you uptime monitoring for Tilda's infrastructure would be dishonest. If what you actually need is an on-call engineer and an incident SLA, the real question isn't support — it's that your project has outgrown the builder.

The genuine work on a builder-hosted site is different. It's the steady stream of edits the owner never finds time for, custom code in zero blocks, form integrations with your CRM, careful work within the platform's limits, and watching the boring but dangerous things: a subscription or domain that quietly lapses. Sites like this rarely fall over from traffic. They fall over from an unpaid invoice.

How we work

  1. Take over the project. We map the page structure, connected integrations, subscription and domain expiry dates, and any custom code. Everything gets written down.
  2. Payment calendar. Renewal dates for the plan and the domain go on a watch list. You get reminded in advance, not when the site is already showing a placeholder.
  3. Edits on request. Copy, images, blocks, new pages. Send tasks as a list and we deliver within the agreed window, without debating every comma.
  4. Custom code. We maintain scripts in zero blocks and embeds, make sure platform updates don't break them, and keep them in one place instead of scattered across ten pages.
  5. Integrations. Forms into CRM, email and messengers. We verify enquiries actually arrive — a broken integration looks exactly like a quiet month.
  6. SEO within reach. Titles, descriptions, load speed, structured data. We're explicit about where the platform's ceiling begins.

What you get

A site that changes when the business needs it to, not when you finally find an evening to fight with the editor. Enquiries stop going missing because integrations are watched. Subscriptions don't expire out of nowhere. Custom code stays organised instead of becoming a pile nobody can untangle.

When a project genuinely outgrows the builder — SEO limits, traffic, or business logic start getting in the way — we help with export and migration to a self-hosted setup. At that point full technical support with monitoring and an SLA becomes relevant. For company sites where presentation and lead capture matter most, see corporate website support.

Timeline

Onboarding takes a day or two: account access, structure review, subscription dates on record. Then we work month to month. Small edits land within the working day; urgent ones like a wrong price or an outdated phone number go out the same day. Monthly volume is agreed in advance and flexes with your season.

A typical scenario

Imagine a service business with a landing page and a booking form wired into their CRM. One day enquiries stop arriving: the platform changed how forms behave, and the old integration is still configured the previous way. The owner works it out two weeks later from the suspicious silence in the sales team. With ongoing support this surfaces during routine checks — a weekly test submission proves the chain is alive, so the break is caught the same day instead of after a lost month.

FAQ

Why pay for support if the platform handles everything?
The platform handles servers. It doesn't handle your content, your integrations or your subscription. That's what we cover: edits, verifying enquiries arrive, custom code, and renewal deadlines. We don't sell uptime monitoring for infrastructure we don't control.
What does it cost?
It depends on volume. A couple of small edits a month and a new landing page every week are very different workloads. We price against actual tasks, and the scope can flex month to month.
What do you need to start?
Access to the Tilda account, ideally as a separate user, and details of where the domain is registered. If there's custom code, point us at it so we don't have to hunt through every page.
Can you rank properly in search on a builder?
Up to a point, yes. Titles, descriptions, structured data and load speed are all controllable. But where you need fine control over URLs, filtering or a large catalogue, the platform hits a ceiling. We say so plainly rather than promising the impossible.
We want to move off the builder. Can you help?
Yes. We work out what can be exported and what has to be rebuilt, scope the effort, and migrate without losing rankings or enquiries. After the move the project shifts onto standard technical support.
Who is responsible if the site goes down?
The platform is — the infrastructure is theirs. What we do in that moment is check whether it's actually the subscription or a lapsed domain delegation, because that's the cause far more often than a genuine platform outage.
Will you work on a site someone else built?
Yes, that's the normal case — the site was assembled by another agency or by the owner. We learn the existing structure, tidy up the custom code, and run it from there.
