Telegram Mini App
A full app inside Telegram. Cart, checkout, profile — without leaving the messenger.
Updated
A full app inside Telegram: catalog, cart, checkout and a personal account, with no install and no sign-up — users are already logged in through Telegram. Timeline: 14+ calendar days. Priced after a short brief.
What's included
- Web app with Telegram WebApp API
- Checkout: Stars for digital goods, a payment provider for physical ones
- Auth through Telegram
- Push notifications via the bot
- Fits stores, services, events
A chat bot is great for short scenarios: leave a request, book a slot, get a status. When people need to browse a catalog, filter products, fill a cart or manage an account, a conversation of buttons becomes painful. A Telegram Mini App solves this: it's a full web interface that opens right inside the messenger, with the user already signed in through Telegram.
When you don't need one: if the whole scenario is two or three steps, a regular Telegram bot is faster to build and easier to maintain.
Who it's for
- Stores and delivery services whose customers already come through Telegram.
- Service businesses that need booking with a calendar and a client account.
- Events and communities: tickets, schedules, member areas.
- Products that want a mobile-app experience without store publication.
How we work
- Scenario. We map the main user journey — from opening the app to payment or booking — and cut everything that isn't needed for launch.
- Prototype. Clickable screens adapted to Telegram's themes and viewport, approved before development.
- Development. A web app on the Telegram WebApp API with authentication through Telegram, a backend and an admin panel for your team.
- Payments and notifications. Checkout and bot messages about order status, reminders and updates.
- Launch. Testing on iOS, Android and desktop Telegram clients, then rollout through the bot and your channels.
Payments: the rule to know
Under Telegram's rules, digital goods and services sold inside bots and Mini Apps are paid in Telegram Stars. Physical goods and offline services are paid through a regular payment provider. This affects both the checkout design and how revenue is accounted for, so we settle it at the start.
Timeline and cost
Development takes 14+ calendar days. Cost is estimated after a short brief and depends on the number of screens, the catalog, payments, integrations with your CRM or inventory, and the admin panel.
Example
For example, for a coffee chain: customers open the Mini App from the bot, pick drinks, choose a pickup location and time, pay, and get a bot message when the order is ready. Staff see orders in a simple admin panel.
What we need from you
The scenario you want to cover, your catalog or service list, access to your payment provider and the systems the app should connect to. If your audience also uses the MAX messenger, the same backend can serve a MAX bot; for a standalone installable web app see PWA development.
